The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for a wide range of legal tasks, including but not limited to legal document preparation, document review, certain legal and public records search, preparation of trial and hearing binders and exhibits, exhibit review and presentation, drafting of letters, correspondence and legal pleadings, discovery requests and overall discovery and case management.

In this role, you will support attorneys by performing a wide range of tasks related to personal injury litigation.
